Organic Pasta


The Lazzaretti brand, from the name of its founder, has been hand-crafting organic pasta in the hills of Provence since 1936. As opposed to the widely used, intensive industrial process, Lazzaretti uses a traditional process whereby the pasta is dried slowly at a low temperature between 12 to 18 hours allowing the dough to rest, thus producing a more unctuous result and guaranteeing the optimum level of nutrition.
